Computer repair is a matter of trust. When you hand over a device you want to know what will be done, what it will cost and when it will be ready. We have been doing this in Pendik since 2008, and today every device comes with a written quote and an online tracking code.

How long does a repair take?
Standard repairs: same day or within 1–2 business days.
Complex repairs: 3–5 business days depending on parts.
Urgent service: same-day delivery with priority handling.
How does the free initial check work?
When you bring your device we inspect it completely free of charge. Our technicians find the fault, we give you a written price, and nothing is done without your approval.
How is pricing determined?
After the initial check you get a fixed price quote with no hidden costs: parts plus labour, itemised. If you do not approve, you pay nothing.
How do I track my device?
When you leave your device we send a tracking link and code via WhatsApp. You can see every stage, notes and photos on the repair tracking page.
Is my data safe?
Your files are not accessed; passwords and personal information stay private. If a data backup is needed we ask for your permission first.
